Speaker will discuss how a major telecommunications company is accelerating mobile application testing via a secure mobile device cloud.
Mobile Labs, a leading provider of enterprise-grade mobile testing solutions, will speak at the Atlanta Quality Assurance Association (AQAA) on automated mobile app testing. The company will share how they helped a major telecommunications business accelerate their DevOps and automated testing strategies.
AQAA’s Mobile Testing Roundtable, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015, at 7:15 p.m. at Northpark Town Center in Atlanta, will include four panelists presenting case studies on real mobile testing projects. Mobile Labs’ Vice President of Sales, Dan McFall, will share how a major telecommunications business is accelerating its mobile application strategy via a secure, highly available, mobile device cloud.
“Today, enterprises have multiple apps that need to be tested across multiple platforms, operating systems, and device types,” said McFall. “Add the security concerns around data management and accessibility and you have a complex situation to solve. By treating mobile devices as infrastructure in a device cloud, we were able to help a major telecommunications company automate testing strategies and speed-up their DevOps process.”
The telecommunication company used Mobile Labs’ internal cloud-based mobile application testing platform, deviceConnect™, to manage all mobile application testing assets. Unlike public device clouds, deviceConnect™ is highly secure because implementation occurs inside the enterprise’s corporate infrastructure and is located behind the enterprise’s firewall.
